Production

Our Molding House, which manufactures between 120mm - 750mm diameter sizes, produces Bridged - Solid Molds, Bolsters and Seals. Mold Design, steel design, turning, CNC Machining, Heat Treatment, Grinding, Wire Erosion, Leveling and Control stages are managed in our Molding Room.

In the solar industry, rails, end holders, middle holders, purlins, beams, angle brackets, flat sheets, feet of different sizes, connectors of different sizes and all kinds of carrier systems are produced with a capacity of 65 tons per day. In profile production, EN AW 6063, 6060, 6005 and 6082 alloy profiles are produced in accordance with EN 755-1 or EN12020-1 norms.

Black Clamps are produced by anodizing the parts, and the highest level of visuality is achieved by first cutting and then anodizing. In profile production, EN AW 6063, 6060, 6005 and 6082 alloy profiles are produced in accordance with EN 755-1 or EN12020-1 norms. The length of our anodizing baths is 8 meters, profiles up to 7.2 meters can be processed. Standard 10-12 micron coating is done - depending on customer preference, surface coating is between 5 µm and 30 µm.

In our electrostatic powder coating facility built with the latest technology, all RAL colors and different surface thicknesses are painted. Our paint shop, where profiles up to 6.5 meters long can be painted, has an annual capacity of 4,500 tons. Special brand and surface painting can be done according to customer expectations.

In our factory, which is built with state-of-the-art equipment, cutting, slicing, drilling, deburring, notching, barcoding, setting, double head cutting, precision cutting, angled cutting and marking operations are carried out.

Our foundry, which has a closed area of 3,000 m2, has 2 melting furnaces, a homogenization furnace, cooling furnaces and a quality laboratory. Our facility, which produces 6000 series billets in 4,5,6,7 and 8” diameters, operates mainly on exports with a monthly capacity of 6,000 tons.
